A pleasant visit
attentive staff authentic style stiff beds limited light
The staff members were kind and attentive. The service at this hotel was great. The food was lovely! The style of the riad is authentic and beautiful, I liked it.
The room did not have much natural light. There was no private outdoor space. Beds were stiff, I did not like it.

fine interiors spacious room great location small windows noisy breakfast room soundproofing
The hotel had fine interiors (I especially loved the traditional Moroccan design). The room was spacious and included a sitting area. The shower worked perfectly. The location was great. It was just off one of the main streets with local vendors. It was approximately a 15-minute walk to the main square.
The room had small windows. There was not much natural light. The breakfast area could get noisy as early as 6:30 AM because of the staff activity. I could hear movements and noise coming from other rooms.

mixed feelings at this so-called 'luxury' riad
broken toilet flush forgotten towels
the riad's decor was pretty, i guess it looked fine.
so, the toilet flush broke on the first night, how good. they said they fixed it, but it just kept running, seriously. also, they forgot towels one night, i mean, how hard is it

service elevator disruptive mornings
the breakfast was good..
i was disappointed by the noise in my junior suite. the suite was near a service elevator and i heard it running from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. this made mornings very disruptive. i also could hear noise from other rooms. it was not possible to change rooms

amazing riad experience!
fantastic pastries decorated suite
I stayed in the senior suite! it was huge and very well-decorated. the breakfasts were fantastic. I especially loved the pastries!
